Gettin' Sore...Good feeling knowing you are pushing your body!!! Gaining thru Training!
Things that impress me:
Feidt do his Pull Ups...He has come a long way thru consistent work...not giving up
Syd doing Overhead Squats...Those shoulders never looked better!
Hepp in general...He is a machine!
