This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Sprint...

Doesn't seem like it was that long ago, but it has been over 2 years...
We have done some Squat Snatches between now and then, but not just straight Isabel!

Not a bad WOD for starting the week out...we will see what "pops up" tomorrow...
