  1. Morning duties call so the bEast is alive and kicking MWF 6 am this week…come one, come all! I should forewarn you, Feidt’s WOD programming is described by some as sheer evil or as he likes to think of it - pure harmony! Be prepared to SUFFER! Here is a taste:

    WINNER: Feidt aka Popeye the Sailorman by a FULL minute

    Lead changes throughout…got me on the final set of pull-ups (strategically placed…hmm, haha), the paws were done for! Heart rate never dipped below 160, at times we were knockin’ on heaven’s door!
