This is a prescribed back-off week... That is how we make some gains/improvements. Let the body recover, regenerate while working.
Keep the intensity high...be intense...work !!! But do not add volume to this week. Get a good warm-up, cool down in, but do not feel like you should "add" another workout... Just relax. Enjoy the "quick" WOD and work some mobility with the extra time.

I worked this in reverse order...could not get warmed up quick enought for heavy snatches, and then still could not hit my 90%...so adjusted it...
