I took it easy today...starting to go REST/RECOVERY on Thursdays for the OPEN...
Yesterday, I did this:
AMRAP in 7min:
5 Muscle Ups
25 Wall Balls
50 D/U
tb ~ 2 Rnds + 15 Reps (5MU + 10 WB)... muscle ups were all UB!
