Ball & Chain

Great day in Kenosha. A big first for team ANYthing Once! 
Literally...we won! 
First Place!!! Scaled division first...Felt Awesome!!!

Partner WOD's were great...
Awesome teamwork...
AOWR's Strength is in how well work together...

Woke up at 4:30...on the road @ 4:50!

WOD #1:
For Time (12 min Cap):
5 Rounds of Bear Complex (95# / 75#)
*100 Single Unders Completed while partner performs a Bear Cmplx
(Alt. Rnds ~ one partner will be doing 3 the other only 2...STRATEGY ;-)

WOD #2:
AMRAP in 12 Min:
100 Air Squats
80 KBS (50#/35#)
60 Pull Ups
40 Wall Balls (14/10)
20 Push Ups
Max Rep Burpees to Finish
Only one partner working at a time...break-up as needed

WOD #3
For Time:
1000m Row
20 Snatches (75#/45#)
Partner #2 begins when #1 is finished
Score is total time!

Needed to be in top 5 to qualify for finals...We were!!! 
We won every event...
Won WOD #3 by 1second!!! Holy Cow!!!
