This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

This past weekend and the next coming weekends all around the country there are Crossfit Competitions.
Unbelievably High Caliber Comps, to the "Average Joe" Comps...

CFNE is hosting quite possibly the "Best-of-the-Best" ~ East Coast Championship

This past weekend we saw the Sactown Throwdown & Orange County Throwdown

JB ~ 20 Jerks (145#) could not get a snatch w/ 10s left
Feidt ~ 20 Jerks (135#)
Britt ~ 3 Jerks (95#)
tb ~ 2 Snatches (145#)

Last time we did this it was Feidt & I and we (I) missed the cap time and we just did this whole thing for time....Feidt = 31:30 (115# & Subbed M.U.) tb = 32:42
Needless to say we were on target to CRUSH that!!!
