Last post was a good WOD that "blew-out" the low back for me!
People have been in working out...still has been good...
Sorry for not posting, I have no idea what they did for workouts, but people were in on both Thursday and Friday...
The back is better, but it will be Bodyweight Work for a while (similar to the fall when this happened)!
