Oz did warm-up as EMOM but did 5 reps each...
Stan & Daliege did the EMOM while we did "The Good Life"

Stan ~ 10x10 (@75#) / 12:18 (61 sec PR)
Daliege ~ 10x10 (Rx) / 13:13...PR due to never having done it!
tb ~ 11:05...thought I was moving fast, but not fast enough! 10:35 was PR ~ HERE
