Urbs & Kent showed up for some more!!!
Even after yesterday's WOD, they were here bright and early!

Accountability, commitment to a group effort and dedication...these things keep many of us coming back and even after a miss or two...WE can count on the group still being there when we return...

  1. Loving it thus far! Only two days in and I feel like i got hit by a bus. Kids wanted a piggy back ride down the stairs tonight and it was more of a moaning 3 toed sloth ride I think! I'm sure I'll be 100% back to normal for Thursday morning though....right?

    1. LOVE IT! I remember how I felt after the first 2 days. Literally thought I was going to die. Seriously. My kids were wondering why Daddy was just laying on the floor, moaning in soreness. Glad to have you, Urbs! It only gets better!
