It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Lets talk about OZ:  FINALLY! - YES!
That is what we say when we arrive at the part of our journey that has allowed us to take the next step and be confident in getting through a workout- Rx'd.  Way to go Oz!
I'm sure a lot of us remember our first Rx'd workout... or maybe we don't remember the exact workout but the feeling afterwards for sure:  Accomplishment, Excitement, all you want to do is run around like a crazy person high-fiving everyone, only your body just can't pick you up off the floor so you sit/lay there and visualize it, ending your debacle with a fist pumping Hell-Yeah while everyone is congratulating you! (visualize it in slow motion- pretty awesome!)

Lets reflect:
Who can remember their first Rx'd wod... OR even the wod that you sat down and went- I can't believe I finished.  Lay it out in the comments if you like >

Congrats OZ- Keep up the hard work Urbs & Kent!

  1. Can't remember if it was Angie or Murph- but it was the first time I had gotten 100 unassisted pull-ups done in a workout. Thought I was going to cry- only took me 3 years!
