This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

There was a 20-25 sec break b/t Row and Thrusters...walking to the Thruster bar and just catching my breath. Something I need to get better at...also 10-15 from Thruster back to Rower (they were not right next to each other).
21 Cal ~ 56sec / 2:55 (14-7)
15 Cal ~ 4:06 / 5:41 (5-5-5)
9 Cal ~ 6:39 / 7:28 (9)
Set of 15...did 5-5-5 with 5 breaths b/t each...Probably should have tried that with the 21...7-7-7 BUT went with the 14-7 & took 20-30 sec after 14 to grab bar again...then 4 in a row with 3 singles resting on the lockout took a while.

Not the most fun I have had in the wt. room, but one that will definitely have to get after again!
Under 7 minutes is possible... UNDER 6 is a Goal!
