This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

tb ~ 15 (no wrist wraps) / 13 (w/ ww) / 13 (w/ ww) / 28:10 (booo!)
Only think I could do UB was the HR push ups...

* was taking b/t 30-60s b/t rounds...just could not get going... WAY too much rest time, but I really do not know if I could have gone faster...when I am out of breath...I just have NO strength!!!
