Ohhh, what to do for a workout???
Val was in doing some OHS & other stuff...
Britt came in and I was going to do one of two things:
#1) REST AGAIN...give the back some much needed rest & relaxation
#2) Bodyweight work...(Push Ups or Burpees)...
Well...Britt & I decided to do Burpees...250 of them!!!
It was a slow and argous process...
Britt varied with some DB's , Burpee Pull Ups etc
I did 50 regular, 50 onto a 25# Plate, 50 over the 25# Plate, 50 Burpee Pull Ups, 50 Regular
Val's WOD
OHS
Then Med-Ball Cleans & Burpees of some sort...
