This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

...Till Fittest Farmhand!

Ethan, Syd, JB & tb were in this AM pre-football practice to put in some conditioning work...

Syd ~ Done after 3 rnds...no time
JB ~ Called 3 Rnds good...never looks at the clock
Feidt ~ 45:48 (HUGE PR for him...this man is a machine!)
Ethan ~ 46:09 (primed for Farmhand)
tb ~ 50:46 (just doggin' it)

Wendt (did this around 8am) ~ 37:55 (ahhh to be young...and he has a great motor!)
