This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Still sore from Mondays WOD...
Feeling great!!!

So today...Warm-up on your own...
Val worked HSPU...
tb ran, 3 rnds Cindy, Paleo Chair 45 sec...
Jacoby did abs and talked...
Feidt stretched and moved...
Others were warming up as well...

The last 3 days have been taken from crossfit.com Mainsite!!!

This was a killer 3 day combo and the rest day is much needed!
