Did not do the 100 Burpees today...
Will get them done again tomorrow!
Had baseball indoor facility duty. Boys and I got a workout in between throwing and hitting.,,,,Started at 20, alternating burpees and straight legged situps, ran 30m to other side of room and did 19, back another 30 and 18 until got down to 0....
