JB ~ 2.5 Miles & 60 BPU
Des ~ Snatch Work / 1.5 Miles & 40 BPU
Kate ~ 3 Stair Lap Miles (Holy Cow!!!) & 60 Burpee Pull Ups
Oz ~ 125# Snatch / 3 RFT of 800m Run & 10BPU (15:14)
tb ~ 175# Snatch (no good...not warmed-up enough)...was anticipating Clovis too much... and wanted to get started... CLOVIS 1/2 done...5 Miles Run & 75 Burpee Pull Ups in around an hour
