This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

We went with virtually no warm-up...

BRUTAL...BRUTAL...BRUTAL!!!
The "50" is never easy...just a few minor tweaks and it is just a bit tougher!
Wall Ball & Burpee combo at the end are the enemy...
They are a mental block...
They play mind games...
