This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Training for the Open 2.0

Another week closer to the Open of the OPEN

What do you need to be prepared for, what will they "throw" at us this year?

Keep in mind, it must be "do-able" for people everywhere...
Things they have not had in open, due to limitations:
400m+ Running (winter in some places), Rowing (not everyone has Rower)...

Things they seem to ALWAYS have:
BURPEES!!!

Thrusters
D/U

BTW ~ They did have Muscle Ups last year! 
Potential for "Bar Muscle Ups this year!
Could they blast us with PISTOLS, Wall Crawl, ???
