Warm-Up w/ Snatch Complex for 10 Min:
1 Hang Pwr Snatch + 1 OHS + 1 Snatch Balance +1 Hang Snatch (knee)
Then...Parnter Up!!!
Each For Time:
75 BB Jumping Back Squats (75#/55#) *hold chin above bar position
75 Box Jumps (24"/20") *hold paleo chair bottom position
75 Hang Power Snatches (75#/55#) *hold plank
75 Walking Lunges *hold BB overhead lockout position
*Partner can only work when the other is in the HOLD position...Rotate as needed, but EACH partner must gain 75 Reps on each exercise.
Kate/Val ~ 29:00 (Val left @ end of Snatch, K = 75 Lunges + 3min BB Hold)
SimO/Bertag ~ 29:20 (simon switched to 55# Snatch @35 reps, they held plates25#/45#)
