DEAD-STOP!!!

GREAT DAY for a workout!

Warm-Up/Mobilization

DEAD-STOP FRONT SQUAT (HERE / HERE...but don't drop the bar to finish!)
Take 10-15 Minutes to establish a 1-RM of Dead-Stop Front Squat
