Early AM WOD's still running...might as well get the day started...
FB Practice moves to afternoon... great having a flash flood warning this afternoon: hail, wind, rain!
VB Practice OFFICIALLY begins today...two-a-days!!! YEA!!! So excite!

In an attempt NOT to get use to sleeping in, we were here early...moving slow and beginning at a slower pace. But beginning none the less...
