This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Starting the School Year...

Here we go again... Another school year!
Fittest Farmhand (Waunakee) has become AOWR's annual end-of-summer (beginning of school year) event!
This year we took TWO, dos, due, două (yes, that's 2) teams down!!! It was great having more of us!!!
