Been a while...

Nothing really since last wendesday...
7-on-7 Tourney on Friday last week...
Val took kids thru a modified 4min AMRAP with 3 rnds 4min ON, 4min Rest, 4min On, etc

Monday...in Rhinelander...no WOD but swimming and kayaking/canoeing...
Tuesday...4th of July in Rhinetown... Means Breakfast at Jeremy's...
