Been a good start to BB Ninja template...
Tied PR in Snatch and had the best attempt EVER at 225# earlier this week...

NOW a PR today...as far as I can tell...
Would not think my conditioning is that good, but it seems ok, when paired w/ heavy wts!
Just don't ask me to run a mile!
