Little De-Load Week...

Little bit of a break from the grind of HEAVY Wts...

De-Load Week... No less on the intensity you bring, just not the HEAVY Lifts...
Bring some intensity to the WOD's this week...really it is all we have...

Focus would be on transitions (getting in and out!)...getting that wheel spinning so fast that the counter does not stop while transitioning b/t rowers!!! We will hit this one day!!!
