Think of this as scoring the lowest round...Aim for consistency thru the 5 rnds!!!

tb ~ 235# / 200# / 215 total Reps (42-46-43-42-42) had the crap rower...not that it would have made a difference... Casey is a stud on the runs...+5 reps on shuttles...
