Faster...

Can you go faster?!?!

Blitzen is a WOD we have done before (HERE)
We did it with a heavier weight (115#/80#)...if you adjusted then...adjust again now...if 95#, goto 80...if 65#, got 55#...see if a bit lighter will result in a bit faster...conditioning and large sets are the goal!
UNBROKEN on the Thrusters is mandatory!!!
One broken set on the thrusters is 15-20seconds... JUST go a bit slower on the Rower and FORCE yourself to go UB on Thrusters...that is the goal/stimulus of this WOD.
This is a good WOD test...or re-test... Get this one in this week sometime!

1 Front Squat + 3 Back Squats (climbing)
taken from rack...perform 1 front sqt, then rack and get on back and perform 3 back squats...remainder of the 90s is REST
