* Folks ~ Z.Wendt got his first Ring Muscle Up 5 minutes before this workout... Strength has not been the factor...just timing and coordination... He is a baseball player you know!
After getting his first Ring MU in the workout, he then made 10 more attempts at it and completed 6 more...7 Total Ring MU in a workout today...having NEVER gotten one before today...Pretty darn good! His brother Tyler will have to watch-out in the years to come...
