This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Strength & Conditioning

Oz = Strength
Daliege & Stan = Conditioning

Oz... Worked on some Clean & Jerk... Watched him move up and up and up and up....AND UP!

Worked it to a 185# C&J!!!

Daliege & Stan

EMOM x 16min:
1 = 15 Cal Row
2 = 15 Wall Ball
3 = 15 SDLHP (70# KB)
4 = 15 Push Press (95#)

Both completed it...Stan is still a bit sick from last week...

tb RESTED for a second day in a row! Back is feeling best it has felt in weeks... so trying to get it healed...now we will see what happens to conditioning side of things...
