This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Bodyweight...

As Oz stated... well... time to get ready for Murph! Never even thought about it that way, but it is now that time of year.

Oz did some snatch stuff...

Then we did some Snatch Balance...
