Thursday was a little bit of a strength day...

(similar to stiff-leg DL but w/ slightly bent knees)
2nd Min = 40s Plank Hold on Elbows
3rd Min = 40 D/U

Then...

4 x 6 Bulgarian Split Squats (6 each leg)
