Today was Great... Got a bit of Strength on...then a great push for a WOD...
OZ was a beast in Burpees!!!
JB was just Mr. Consistent...
AND he was able to be SMART (did not let the ego in) with the EMOM (PC + SC)...
Meaning he did not have to push into heavy weights just to prove he could do it!!!
Maybe he is learning...
