This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Turkey Week

Turkey Day is almost hear...What are you thankful for?
Me...that people come back and want to get a workout in!
Wendt was back today...had to go back for a class, but stopped in just to beat Oz and I up a bit... Kid is quick!!!
Blossfield and his roomate were also in getting some work done... Great to see those guys coming back and still working hard...finding the joy in training!!!
