Then 2 min amrap of:
2 box hspu + 3 kipping hspu (3+2 reps)
1 min rest then,
1 box hspu + 4 kipping hspu (3+1reps)
Then midline conditioning:
21-15-9 ab mat sit ups
After each set 15sec. L-hold.
Time = 3:49.
