  1. sb-6:50 (95lbs & s.u.) took a medium pace as I'm recovering from the flu. Only did 50 s.u. as it hurt my guts to jump. May take some time to get my mojo back. My weight hit below 140 for the first time in over 20 years. Ouch, that sucked.
