40 Ring Muscle Ups
80 Cal Row
120 Wall Ball

Tie-Break is when you finish 120 WB & 80 Cal Row

This was an interesting one...
10-20-30 for 4 Rnounds ?!?!?
Wall Balls will be my downfall... HR spikes on these after 10-12 tosses...
I like to go 8-7 for a while on these if it is high volume...

Daliege & Ladick did scaled, so Pull Ups vs. RMU...
