It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

  1. Awesome job on the running tb, it's a testament that we can improve at any age if we set our mind to it.

    *Rows = 2:24 & 2:50
    WB = 30-30-15/15
    BJ = UB
    jump up step down except last 10, jump, jump
    * here's what I learned about my rowing. Sweet spot is #4 foot setting and the dash between 3-4 damper setting, 3.5. I completed first 50 cal at this then switched to damper of 3 for second 50. A third of the way through I had to switch back to 3.5 and my performance improved even with being exhuasted. Heal pain almost unbearable today, probably should not have ran yesterday but I needed to test it incase it does not heal properly by competition. This way I know I can push through the pain.
