Early AM

Invictus is using this as a deload week...
2nd time in the 2021 CF Open that I have been 1-and-done!
Last week with 21.2... Just didn't need to hurt that much to gain a few seconds...
Now THIS week with 21.3 & 4 ... Satisfied with results!

CF Open season is the yearly "test" to see where the fitness level is at, but also to see where you stack up in your age group...community and everyone doing this together adds to the workouts.

NOW the OPEN is over...we wait final results, later this week.
