Re-Test

Today was a typical Monday of the CF Open season... Re-Test day...
Let's see if we can get better...Find out where to hold back/pace a bit and where to push.
The goal is not to redline and have to take too long of rest.
Knowing your body & athletic skill is all-important...
Using the gifts God gave you and appreciating it is essential!!!
