Two-a-Days...

Well... Yesterday, I was not happy being 4 reps shy of completing the 150 D/U's in 20.1

So....I made a plan and went after it again. Not sure how the shoulders would feel for a 2nd attempt but had some target times to hit and if I was too far off, I would just be done.

Surprisingly, I was ahead after the round of 6/60 and stayed there the rest of the way...
Got 150 D/U's in at 14:53 (15-15-15-15-15-15-60)

TODAY I am sore! The shoulders feel it!
