Gymnastic WOD for today:
50-100 Burpee to Roll to Candlestick
(perform the burpee...finish the jump w/ hands above head and roll back to candlestick...roll up & repeat)
tb is doing the Burpee to Roll to Candlestick in groups of 25
Feidt worked some Row...D/U...GHD Sit Ups...Back Ext.
JB went for a run (his knees are now killing him!)
Can you get 10 Pistols in a row w/o the opposite leg touching the ground???
If not, how many can you get?
If so, can you get 15...20...??
