Time is of the essence!

JB was not in on the discussion of moving the WOD to a later time this AM.
Out of the loop again!!! 
He began the WOD ahead of everyone and was not concerned about a time, just completion and competition with himself! True Athlete that he is!!!

Easy Warm Up setting up equipment and doing some reps to build up!!!

Feidt ~ 5 Rnds* in 35:35 / 75 & 53
*then back was sore...better to be safe/healthy than hurt!!!
JB ~ 7 rnds Complete / No D/U
Hepp ~ 4 Rnds & had to take Nate to FB
tb ~ 43:50 / 154 & 125

Feidt also got 40 D/U IN-A-ROW during warm-up!!! PR
