It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Death by....

... Jacob Bertagnoli?!?!?
~ At least that was what Steven Hepp had prescribed for him...
I knew as soon as the WOD was up at CFNE, JB would be opting out of this one...even though he could have lightened it up and gone for reps...

He had his buddy Hepp in the room, so he tried to crush him...
Ball Slams, burpees & I don't know what else they were doing, but they  were sweating a bunch.

The rest of us (Val, Witt, Daliege, & I) did the Death by Power Cleans...

Ascending reps on the minute of Power Cleans
~ If you do not complete a minimum of 10 rounds (10 reps) then lighten the wt. and begin again...
~ If you do not complete at LEAST 10 rounds of the lighter weight, then lighten the load AGAIN and begin again...
~ The THIRD time if you do not complete 10 rounds, you are finished...
~ The GOAL is to complete as many rounds as you possibly can...If you complete the 10th round on ANY of the sets...YOU CONTINUE TO ASCEND...move on to 11, then 12, etc... Go as long as you can!!!

Men ~ 155#/135#/115# or 135#/115#/95#
Women ~ 105#/95#/85# or 85#/75#/65#

Dalaige ~ @135# ~ 10 Rnds + 6 Reps
Val ~ @105# ~ 10 Rnds + 8 Reps / then for fun @95# 1-3-5-7-9 completed OTM
Witt ~ @85# ~ 6 Rnds + 4 Reps / @75# ~ 7 Rnds + 4 Reps / @65# ~ 10 Rnds + 10 Reps
tb ~ @155# ~ 12 Rnds + 6 Reps

Witt gets the Worker of the Day!!! 122 TOTAL REPS!!! It was awesome watching her finish her final set and rounds... Just kept going. PLUS, She started with 85# ~ A weight that was definitely a BIG PR for her to be able to Power Clean... Her lifting, strength and endurance are coming along...She has made so much progress by just continuing to battle thru the WOD's. Great work!!!
