Oz was in (early) and out!!! WOD complete... He did Siracha ~ A Spicy little concoction whipped up by CFNE (the ultimate programmers). No time, but I can tell you he was "quick as a cat!" We may have to call him whiskers from now on!
For the rest of us...we did a little different WOD. JB was just moving thru...seemed calm, cool and collected. I don't even think he broke a sweat! Val was not far behind either...
Witt is getting better everyday! Did a great job today...that plate push was tough...worked some different muscle groups...
