This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Well...well...here we go...OVER the 1/2 way mark on the 2015 OPEN season!

tb ~ 2 Rnds (314 Reps)
val ~ ran camera and counted...and tb was so slow that there was no time for her to go...tonight, after track!

Witt ~ did a different workout...i was not sure what she did, but she is doing great, coming in and getting WORK done!!!

UPDATE:
Oz after school ~ 2 Rnds + 7 Bar MU + 12 Wall Balls = 333 Reps
