Belated Birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY (a day late) to this girl!!!

That is right Folks... She turned 26 yesterday...so the workout called for 25 Power Cleans & 25 Burpees...Guess what?!?!?  We were REAL SMART and went to 26...in her honor!!!

Felt tight yesterday and today...but not tight enough to avoid working out...we will see...son-of-a-gun!!!
On a side note:
Bertagnolski's theory of heavy weights causing back problems is wrong!!! Maybe guys with bad backs have back problems.
