It is so important to constantly challenge ourselves physically. We are people wanting to influence each other and others we meet along the way.
This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Lots to Do...

First off...

We Tested (and I re-tested) 15.3 on Sunday Afternoon...After the Home show...
Tyler Wendt (Open), Zach Wendt (14-15 Teen), Ethan (Open), Val (Open), Drake (14-15 Teen), and I (masters 45-49) all went... You can check videos HERE.

Quads are burning from the Friday/Sunday Wall Balls...

Today...there was lots to pick from...
But we did THIS:
SNATCH
EMOM x 10 Min:
1st = 7 TnG Snatches
2nd = 6 TnG Snatches
3rd = 5 TnG Snatches
4th = 4 TnG Snatches
5th = 3 TnG Snatches
6th = 2 TnG Snatches
7th, 8th, 9th & 10th = 1 Snatch
* Add wt. each time...

Bar Complex
3 Rnds for Completion
4 Pull Ups + 3 C2B + 2 Bar Muscle Ups (cannot come off bar until MU are done)
(Rest as needed b/t Rounds)

Gymnastic Work
4 Rnds for Competion
5 Skin the Cat (on Rings)
10m Lateral Handstand Walk (back towards bleachers...5m down & 5m back)

The Lateral Handstand Walk was TOUGH... we did 5m down, then 5m back...Made it w/o dropping on 3rd Rnd only...otherwise I came off the bleachers a few times)
