AMRAP in 12min:

60 D/U
6 x 10m Shuttle (each turnaround counts as a rep)
tb ~ (@55#KB-my back) ~ 6 rnds + 10 KBS
Rest Day is Thursday this week...and I am going to try to get 15.5 Test #1 done at
