This is where we can get workouts for the day, track your times, pr's, ask and reply to questions and comments.

This is also where we will share what events we are participating in and opening them up to the rest of the team to take part in.

Dubs...

Nice little WOD...

I tested this one out so you guys can for sure handle it!!!

AMRAP in 12min:
10 KB Swings (70#/55#)
60 D/U
6 x 10m Shuttle (each turnaround counts as a rep)

tb ~ (@55#KB-my back) ~ 6 rnds + 10 KBS

Rest Day is Thursday this week...and I am going to try to get 15.5 Test #1 done at
Crossfit Farmland
